After the
initial contact, I was assigned a designer. I sent
detailed information about my audience and they were very
creative in responding to my requirements. I had worked
with 3 other firms with unsatisfactory results in that
they didn't "get it", Sagacious not only got it but came
up with an outstanding design. Most of the little glitches
were my fault, but they put in the extra time and effort
willingly. I know I can be a "difficult" client, in that I
get more ideas as the project develops and they were
gracious in responding to my requests.
